This October, Sessions is teaming up with Sullivans Cove for two very special Whisky Dinners.


In 2014, Sullivans Cove shocked the whisky world when its French Oak became the World’s Best Single Malt — making it the first distillery outside Scotland and Japan to take the title.


And in 2026, they’re back on top again.


Their 18 Year Old French Oak Ex-White Wine, Cask TD0112, has just been crowned World’s Best Single Cask Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards. Sullivans Cove now has four World’s Best wins, making it the most decorated single malt distillery in World Whiskies Awards history.


And this October, we’re bringing the Sullivans Cove story to the table.

The food has been designed around the progression of the whisky, moving from delicate seafood through richer flavours and long-aged French oak.

It’s a chance to taste not only different whiskies, but the journey from fresh spirit through different oak treatments and more than 16 years of maturation.

THE WHISKY LINE-UP

1. Sullivans Cove Double Cask
Creamy, fruit-forward and a perfect introduction to the house style.

2. American Oak Refill Single Cask
Bright and spirit-driven, with tropical fruit, malt, vanilla and gentle oak.

3. Navigator 16 Year Old
Rich and oily, with citrus, nougat, nuts, buttery shortbread and a subtle maritime character.

4. French Oak Ex-White Wine Single Cask
Structured and complex, bringing together ripe fruit, wine influence, spice and French oak.

5. Old & Rare 16 Year Old French Oak Refill
A deeper look at long maturation — mature fruit, spice, nuts and beautifully integrated oak.

6. Sullivans Cove New Make
The spirit before the barrel. Served with dessert to take us right back to where every Sullivans Cove whisky begins.
