Handling times are 2 business days.
Delivery times are between 5-10 business days depending on your state. Due to the ongoing restrictions being placed in different states, delivery time frames can be affected and your patience in these cases would be appreciated.
Please read all our shipping policies and warranty information before placing an order. If you require to change your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not always be able to change delivery details depending on which stage the order processing is up to, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has been sent, we will be unable to change anymore.
Kindly note that our website quote one delivery fee per state per weight category, primarily based on deliveries to state capital cities. If you reside in country area, you may need to cover the extra delivery cost post-order submission. Alternatively, if you prefer not to proceed with this surcharge, we'll refund your payment and cancel your order. For orders exceeding 30kg, additional postage charges may apply to cover our costs.
Courier Options for delivery:
1. By default, we primarily use Australia Parcel Post for deliveries if the order value is under $1,500. Extra Cover can be purchased for $1.95 for each additional $100 of cover up to a maximum covered value of $5000.
2. Australia Express Post are also available at checkout for extra cost. Extra cover costs $0 for the first $100 of cover and $2.50 for each subsequent $100 of cover (above $100 included cover) up to $5000.
3. For orders more than 2 dozen, we normally use E-go/Hunter Express, and insurance cover up to $2,000.
4. TNT Express is also available for next-day delivery. Quotes can be obtained at https://www.tnt.com.au/easysend/. Contact us to find out more.
Customers may indicate their preferred courier, but all matters related to delivery, including tracking and delivery issues, should be addressed directly with the courier. We will assist and provide the necessary information to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
