This month at Sessions, we’re pouring four bold American-style whiskeys—each with its own story, style, and swagger:

1️⃣ Buffalo Trace – The foundation. Kentucky’s heritage in a bottle—balanced, sweet, and endlessly drinkable.

2️⃣ Stagg Batch 23A – Uncut, unfiltered, and unapologetically big. Cask strength bourbon layered with spice, dark fruit, and charred oak.

3️⃣ Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year (“Pappy 10”) – The unicorn. A cult wheated bourbon that launches Pappy’s legendary range.

📦 Bottled once a year, insanely limited, and nearly impossible to find in Australia.

💸 Retail? ~$150–200 AUD. Secondary market? $800–$1200.

4️⃣ Kensington Moonshine – Melbourne-made, small-batch, and full of character. Crafted legally by Andy Miao, our local distiller and license-holding whisky nerd in Footscray. Expect raw, expressive spirit and wild fermentation notes—this is moonshine with a soul (and paperwork).
