The 2006 Noon Winery Reserve Shiraz is an exceptionally rare and highly sought-after release from one of Australia's most revered boutique producers. Crafted by Drew Noon in tiny quantities, this flagship Shiraz represents the pinnacle of the winery's production and showcases the extraordinary concentration, power, and longevity that have established Noon Winery as a cult name among collectors.

Produced only in the finest vintages, Reserve Shiraz is sourced from meticulously managed old-vine vineyards in McLaren Vale. These low-yielding vines consistently produce fruit of remarkable depth and intensity, allowing the wine to develop exceptional structure and ageing potential.

The outstanding 2006 vintage delivered ideal conditions for Shiraz, producing fruit with impressive ripeness, concentration, and balance. Hand-harvested grapes were fermented in small batches before maturation in premium French oak, allowing the wine to develop complexity while preserving vineyard character and fruit purity.

Now approaching two decades of bottle age, the wine displays a deeply complex bouquet of blackberry, black plum, blueberry, and dark cherry, layered with notes of black pepper, liquorice, mocha, cedar, dark chocolate, and spice. Extended bottle maturation has introduced tertiary characters of leather, tobacco leaf, forest floor, earth, and savoury game, adding further depth and intrigue.

The palate remains remarkably youthful and powerful, with concentrated dark fruit, velvety texture, and beautifully integrated tannins. Despite its richness and scale, the wine retains freshness and balance, leading to a long, savoury finish that highlights the pedigree of both the vineyard and the vintage.

Note that a signature is required to receive the parcel to all residential addresses and identification must be presented to receive the parcel to ensure the receiver is over the legal age.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sessionsarden.com.au. If it's returned because of a change of mind, you will be liable to pay for the return postage costs. When the item returns back to our store, we will then issue a full refund. If you require us to organize the pickup, we will refund the full amount less the return postage cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
